A non- refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your kitten. This deposit goes toward the total price, and the remaining balance is not due until pickup—when your kitten is in your hands.

Breeding Rights: call for pricing
We are very selective about who we sell breeding rights to. These are offered strictly at our discretion.
Therefore, breeding rights pricing is not listed until we choose to sell for breeding.
All kittens come with:

Litter box training
We keep our kittens until they are 13–14 weeks of age to ensure they are healthy, well-socialized, and ready for their new homes.
During this time, they will receive their first and second vaccinations, along with routine deworming. This is mandatory.
While your kitten is with us, you’ll receive updates on the 1st and 15th of each month through FaceTime, videos, or photos so you can watch them grow.
Delivery Options:
0–2 hours: $150
3–4 hours: $250

Flight Delivery:
If air travel is required, the buyer is responsible for the cost of airfare and the kitten’s in-cabin travel fee. We always do our best to find the most affordable flight options.

3. How do I pay for my kitten?
You have a few options including: Venmo, Cashapp, Cashiers check and Cash.
4. Does my kitten come already spayed/neutered?
We do not have the kitten spayed/neutered because it would be too early according to many veterinarians. We recommend the new owner doing this between 7-8 months of age.
5. Can I pick up my kitten at your home?
You can pick them up at our residence but there will nobody allowed in the cattery for the safety and well being of our cats/kittens.
6. What does my kitten come home with?
We send every kitten home with a starter/care package consisting of: A 4lb bag of Regal kitten food (dry), a few cans of Fancy feast which is their favorite wet food, toys, Vaccination records, and paperwork (where and how to order Regal food, contract)
7. What do you feed your cats?
Regal kitten food is what we recommend (Dry) Fancy feast (wet)
8. Can I change my cats name?
Yes, We Do Not Name The Kittens
9. What vaccines will my cat have when I get him/her?
All Veterinarian recommended for felines plus rabies.
10. Will my kitten be registered?
We will give a breeders slip upon proof of spay/neuter and you can go on Tica.org and register the kitten and acquire a 3 or 5 Generation pedigree.
11. Do we allow visits in the cattery prior to pick up?
No.
12. Will I get pictures of my kitten as it grows?
Yes. We generally send pictures or do a video for you every two weeks.
13. Do I need to bring my own pet taxi if we meet for pickup?
You can but we usually give you a travel taxi with your kitten
We test our breeders and randomly test kittens. All our breeders are healthy and we guaranty the health of our kittens up to a year old. (see contract for details)
